About AppLoans.com

Why this resource exists and how it is governed.

Mission

To organize reliable knowledge about mobile lending so consumers can make informed borrowing decisions with confidence.

What we are

An independent educational resource covering loan-app mechanics, costs, safety, terminology, research and decision tools.

What we are not

We are not a lender, broker, credit-repair company or individualized financial adviser.

Editorial position

AppLoans.com does not rank lenders, publish star ratings or accept paid placement that controls what a page concludes. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the page.

Who writes this

Pages are produced by the AppLoans editorial team and reviewed against primary sources such as provincial and state regulators, FCAC, CFPB and FTC publications. Core pages show a review date. A machine-readable map of the main pages lives at /llms.txt. Contact the team at editor@apploans.com.

Sitewide review: August 2026. Individual articles show their own reviewed date. If a local rule on a province or state page disagrees with a general guide, use the local page and the official source linked at the bottom.

How to use the site

Start with a guide if you need the process explained, a country or province page if you need local rules, and a calculator if you need the dollar math. Then read the lender’s actual agreement. This site is education, not a substitute for that document.
